The Ghazipur police has intensified the action by taking strict steps against Afsa Ansari and his associates, a prize money of Rs 50,000, who was absconding. Afsa Ansari, who is the wife of late mafia kingpin Mukhtar Ansari and is associated with the IS-191 gang, has been absconding for a long time. The police is continuously raiding in search of them. In this series, on Thursday, the Ghazipur police took major action against Ravindra Narayan Singh, an economic associate of Afsa and his partner in Vikas Construction.
On the orders of District Magistrate Ghazipur, the Kotwali police attacked a landlord earned from organized crime of Ravindra Narayan Singh, resident of Domanpura Balapur village of Mohammadabad. The estimated price of this property is said to be around 60 lakh rupees. The action of attachment was completed after Munadi. This move of the police is considered important towards tightening the criminals.
Afsa Ansari sued under Gangster Act
