But after the release of ‘Ikkis’ the tables are going to change. Actually, Dharmendra’s last film ‘Ikkis’ is being released in theaters on 1 January 2026. In such a situation, 50 percent shows of ‘Dhurandhar’ will be reduced from tomorrow. After which there may be a decline in the collection of Ranveer Singh’s film.

According to Bollywood Hungama, the shows of ‘Dhurandhar’ have been reduced by 50 percent in many single screen theaters from tomorrow. In many single screen theatres, 2 shows of ‘Dhurandhar’, 2 shows of ‘Ikkis’ and 1 show of Marathi film Krantijyoti Vidyalaya Marathi medium will be shown. Quoting a trade analyst, it has been said that in a city like Mumbai, ‘Ikkis’ shows are probably more popular than ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’. ‘Ikkis’ has got shows in those single screen theaters where till last week only ‘Dhurandhar’ was being shown.

‘Ikkis’ asked for 30-40% showcase
Quoting a source in the report, ‘Ekkis 1’ is being distributed by Jio Studios, which is also the distributor and producer of ‘Dhurandhar’. Therefore, he has no problem with Dhurandhar having fewer shows, because the Ranveer Singh starrer film has already earned tremendously. Apart from this, this film will enter its fifth week on Friday, January 2. That’s why he has demanded about 30-40% showcase for Twenty One.

‘Ikkis’ will get audience through word of mouth
Regarding ‘Ikkis’, it is further written in the report – ‘They have demanded four shows in two screen theatres. He has demanded six shows in three-screen theaters and eight shows in four-screen multiplexes. He has demanded more than ten shows in theaters with five or more screens. And the matter does not end here.
