There is big news for the students of Uttarakhand Madrasa Board. Now there will be a madrasa board in Uttarakhand, the new bill has been approved by the Governor. After this, now students, including students, their parents, are trying to know what will happen next?

According to media reports, it will now be mandatory to get recognition from the authority to provide religious education in madrasas in Uttarakhand. This step has been taken after the new minority educational institution law came into force in the state. Under this, any madrasa recognized by Uttarakhand Madrasa Board in the state will now be able to teach from the academic session 2025-26 only under the provisions of Uttarakhand Madrasa Education Board Act 2016 and Uttarakhand Arabic and Persian Madrasa Recognition Rules 2019.

To provide religious education to madrasas from the next education session from 2026-27, it will be necessary to get new recognition from the authority constituted under this law. The recognition given by the authority will be valid for three sessions, after which it will have to be renewed. To get recognition, it is necessary that the land of the educational institution should be in the name of its committee. Apart from this, all financial transactions must be done in a commercial bank through an account opened in the name of that institute.
