Bharat Coking Coal Limited will try to raise Rs 1,071.11 crore from this IPO. IPO is completely an offer for sale. The company is planning to sell 46.57 crore equity shares under this.

Talking about the performance of company shares in the gray market, GMP is showing a strong position. For the last two days the company shares have remained stable around Rs 11.5.
