Big job opportunity in IIMC, recruitment to the posts of Teaching Associate and Professor; Apply by 26th December

Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has opened great employment opportunities for the youth across the country. The institute has issued official notification for recruitment to the posts of Teaching Associate and Professor. These appointments will be made for New Delhi, Dhenkanal, Kottayam, Amravati, Aizawl and Jammu campuses, for which the application process is going on.

Recruitment starts for 5 Teaching Associate posts

IIMC has to recruit a total of 05 posts of Academic cum Teaching Associate. These posts have been created for courses like New Media, Journalism, Corporate Communication and Brand Management. The last date for application has been fixed as 26 December 2025.

Ability

The candidate should have a Master’s degree (with 55% marks) in subjects like Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Management, Public Relations, Digital Media etc. Graduation in any subject + PG Diploma in related subject will also be valid. UGC NET pass candidates will get preference. At least 1 year teaching or professional experience is required. The maximum age limit is fixed at 40 years.

Vacancy for the post of professor also

IIMC has also recruited 01 post of Professor, which is reserved for EWS category. This post is for those having expertise in subjects like Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Strategic Communication and Media Business Studies. what will be the salary

Under this recruitment drive, the selected candidates will get a salary of Rs 40,000 per month.

This much application fee will have to be paid

The applying candidates will have to pay the application fee. Candidates will have to deposit a demand draft of Rs 500.
