Bihar School Examination Board has released the official answer key of objective questions asked in Inter Annual (Theory) Examination 2026. The committee has uploaded the answers of all the theoretical subjects of Arts, Science, Commerce and Vocational courses on its official website. Now students can match their answers and if there is any doubt regarding any question or answer, they can also raise objection within the stipulated time limit.
This year in the inter examination, 50 percent of the total marks were asked objective questions. All the candidates answered these questions on OMR sheets. To check the answers correctly, the team of subject experts carefully evaluated each question and based on that the official answer key has been prepared. The committee says that this process has been completed with complete transparency so that the students can get the correct results.
This time around 13.18 lakh students had appeared in the 12th class examination of Bihar Board. 1762 examination centers were created for the exam across the state. The exam was conducted in two shifts. The examination was conducted from 2 February to 13 February.
When can you lodge an objection?
After the release of the answer key, now students can match the right and wrong answers according to their question paper. This will help them get an idea of their probable marks. If any student has any objection to any question or the answer given to it, he can submit the objection online till 5 pm on 6 March 2026. The committee has made it clear that objections will be accepted only through online medium. Objections sent through any medium after the prescribed date and time will not be considered.
How to lodge an objection?
To register an objection, students must first visit the official website of the committee, biharboardonline.com or objection.biharboardonline.com. There you have to click on the link “Inter Annual Exam 2026 Answer Key Objection”. After this, roll code, roll number and other important information will have to be filled. You will have to choose the topic and question on which there is objection and give arguments or evidence in support of your answer. After filling all the information, you have to click on the submit button. It is important to keep a copy or screenshot of the application safe for future.
