Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad has got a big relief from Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi. The court rejected the petition demanding an order to the police to register a case against Chandrashekhar. The court rejected the demand of Dr. Rohini Ghavri, living in Switzerland, to file a case against MP Chandrashekhar under Section 173 (4) of BNSS in the case of sexual exploitation.
Rejecting the petition of Dr. Rohini Ghavri, Chief Judicial Magistrate of Rouse Avenue Court, Neha Mittal said that Dr. Rohini Ghavri has not followed the necessary legal procedure while filing the application.
