Let us tell you that Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Monday (24 November) administered the oath of office to Narendra Narayan Yadav as Protem Speaker of Bihar Assembly. Narendra Narayan Yadav has been elected MLA for the eighth consecutive time from Alamganj assembly seat of Madhepura district. He is a senior leader of Janata Dal United (JDU).
In the assembly elections 2025, Narendra Narayan Yadav defeated Nabeen Kumar of Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) of Grand Alliance by 55 thousand 465 votes. Narendra Narayan Yadav got 1 lakh 38 thousand 401 votes, while Nabeen Kumar got 82 thousand 936 votes. Subodh Kumar Suman of Jan Suraj stood third on this seat.
