Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has taken a big decision in the interest of teachers on Thursday (August 07, 2025). Regarding transfer of teachers, he posted in the morning through his X account and wrote, “Suggestions are being received from various sources about the transfer of teachers recently made by the Education Department. In order to review it, I have given clear instructions to the Education Department that the teachers related to inter district transfer will also be obtained, after which they will be posted in the same districts.”

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, “Posting inside the districts will be done by the District Officer’s Committee so that they can be posted as much as possible or near them. Teachers are very important for the future of children, hence my humble urge will be that they do not worry about it but do not work diligently for children’s education in Bihar, not worried about it.”

Now clear the way for the option of three districts

It may be noted that in the last few months in Bihar, teachers have been restored in three phases. Now there are many teachers who want transfer. In such a situation, applications were also being taken by the Education Department for this. The problem continued to come between all this. However, many teachers have also had a mutual transfer. Now Nitish Kumar’s tweet has cleared the way for the option of three districts to the teachers. It means that teachers can choose the option of three districts in the application. They will be transferred to these districts.

Preparations for TRE-4 and TRE-5 are being done

Please tell that a three-phase teacher has been reinstated in Bihar and preparations for TRE-4 and TRE-5 are being done. Very soon the process of restoration of the fourth phase will begin. Education Minister Sunil Kumar has given this information on last Wednesday (August 06, 2025). The biggest thing is that now 40% of the domicile policy has been implemented in the education department of Bihar. Due to this, about 85 to 86% of Bihar’s jobs have been reserved in the education department for the youth.
