A strict order has been issued by the Patna High Court regarding the AI (AI) video made about Prime Minister Modi and his mother. The High Court has asked social media to remove this video. Bihar Congress released this video from X handle a few days ago. After the order issued, the video has been removed from X.
Following the court order, JDU spokesman Neeraj Kumar said, “The video that the Congress had put was a social and moral crime. Today, the Hon’ble High Court directed to be removed. What was in AI video?
Let us know that an AI video was shared on September 10, 2025 from the X handle of Bihar Congress. In the video, PM Modi’s mother narrates to the Prime Minister on many issues of Bihar. There was a lot of ruckus in the political corridor on this video.
Complaint was lodged in Delhi
On one hand, where politics was intensified on this AI video, a complaint was also lodged. Delhi Police had registered an FIR on the official social media handle X of Bihar Congress on September 13, 2025 on Wednesday (September 10, 2025) in the case of sharing AI/Deepfek video on the official social media handle X of Bihar Congress on September 13, 2025. A case was registered under sections 18 (2), 336 (3), 336 (4), 340 (2), 352, 356 (2) and 61 (2) of the Indian Code, 2023.
