Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is meeting his party workers today (Friday). Leader-activists from every corner of Bihar reached the CM residence to meet him. There were also women in them. These people had given biodata to contest elections in the party office. After this, these people were called from the Chief Minister’s office. Nitish Kumar met these leaders and activists in turn.
Leaders and activists who came out after meeting said that Nitish Kumar has taken a bio-data of those people today. They want to contest elections. Hope the party will give tickets. Said that they have been serving the party for years. Nitish is also taking feedback of ground conditions. It is a very big thing that the Chief Minister of Bihar, the national president of the party themselves are meeting the grassroots leaders and activists. This is transparency in this party which is not in other parties. This makes this party different from other parties.
Nitish Kumar said- will be considered
A worker said, “We have also suggested that the ground leaders should be given tickets which live among the public. CM Nitish said that it will be considered.” On camera, JDU leaders and activists not only told their names and also mentioned the seat from where they want to contest elections. Also showed biodata. Many activists had also arrived from Nitish Kumar’s home district of Nalanda.
A female worker said that there are 48 percent women voters in Bihar who are with Nitish because the Nitish government has worked for the empowerment of women. Liquor ban law was implemented, money is being given in the account under Mahila Employment Scheme. Nitish Kumar has given unprecedented rights and respect to women in Bihar. Reservation has been given to women from panchayat to municipal bodies, higher educational institutions and all government jobs. More than 1.40 crore women have become self -sufficient through livelihood groups. We want to contest elections. We urged the Chief Minister that women should also have proper participation.
