Voting will be held in Bihar on 6 and 11 November. After the announcement of assembly election dates, all the parties have intensified their preparations. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav and Jan Suraj Party chief Prashant Kishore have fully entered the electoral fray. According to the survey, Tejashwi is the first choice for the post of Chief Minister of Bihar. If we talk about opinion polls, different reports have come out regarding the parties.
There are total 243 seats in Bihar and 122 seats are needed for majority. If Lok Pal’s opinion poll is to be believed then the Grand Alliance may get majority. According to this, the Grand Alliance can get 118 to 126 seats. On the other hand, NDA can get 105 to 114 seats. Therefore, according to Lok Pal’s opinion poll, Nitish Kumar may face disappointment. Other parties may get 2 to 5 seats.
So will NDA get a clear majority?
According to Times Now-JBC opinion poll, NDA may get majority. In the opinion poll, NDA has got 131 to 150 seats. Many parties are included in NDA, but Bharatiya Janata Party is the largest party. It may get 66 to 77 seats. Whereas Janata Dal United can get 52 to 58 seats. According to this opinion poll, the Grand Alliance may get 81 to 103 seats. Whereas other parties can get 9 to 12 seats.
According to the opinion poll of IANS-Matrix, NDA will get majority in Bihar assembly elections. NDA can get 150 to 160 seats. Whereas the Grand Alliance is expected to get 70 to 85 seats. If we talk about other parties, they may get 7 to 10 seats.
Who will get the keys to power?
If we look at three big opinion polls, according to two of them, NDA is getting majority, but what is also surprising is that the survey for the post of Chief Minister was conducted in Bihar from February to September. In this, Tejashwi Yadav was continuously the first choice for the post of CM. In the month of September, people had also shown interest in Prashant Kishore.
