The results of Bihar Assembly 2025 have been released. The victory or defeat has been decided on four seats of Madhepura district (Alamnagar, Bihariganj, Singheshwar (SC) and Madhepura). JDU has captured three seats of Madhepura. One seat has come to RJD’s account. Let us know which party has won by how many votes.

RJD’s Chandra Shekhar has once again won the Madhepura seat. He has defeated JDU’s Kavita Kumari Saha by 5 thousand 418 votes with 10 lakh 722 votes. This time only 98 thousand 273 votes have come to JDU’s account.
Singheshwar
JDU’s Ramesh Rishi has won the Singheshwar seat this time with 77 thousand 765 votes. He has defeated RJD’s Chandrahas Chaupal by 6 thousand 572 votes.
Bihariganj
JDU’s Niranjan Kumar Mehta has won the Bihariganj seat. He has defeated RJD’s Renu Kumari by 31 thousand 622 votes. While JDU got 1 lakh 16 thousand 622 votes, RJD could collect only 85 thousand votes.
Alamnagar
This time also JDU had dominance in Alamnagar. Narendra Narayan Yadav has defeated Nabin Kumar of Vikassheel Insaan Party by 45 thousand 578 votes.
Who won and who lost in Madhepura in the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections?
In the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, JDU had won two out of four seats in Madhepura. Two seats went to RJD’s account.
- Madhepura- Chandra Shekhar of RJD defeated Nikhil Mander of JDU by 16046 votes.
- Singheshwar- RJD’s Chandrahas Chaupal defeated JDU’s Ramesh Rishidev by 5573 votes.
- Bihariganj- JDU’s Niranjan Kumar Mehta defeated Congress’s Subhasini Bundela Alias by 18711 votes.
- Alamnagar- JDU’s Narendra Narayan Yadav defeated RJD’s Nabeen Kumar by 28 thousand 680 votes.
