In the last assembly election, JDU had fielded its candidates in 115 seats, but won only 43. At the same time, BJP fought in 110 seats and won at 74. Among the other constituents of NDA, Jitan Ram Manjhi’s party had fielded candidates for 7 seats, out of which 4 seats won.
