Promises are being made by different parties regarding the 2025 Bihar Assembly elections. Meanwhile, the Bihar unit of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) released its manifesto for the assembly elections last Thursday (October 23, 2025). In this, many tempting promises have been made to the public.
It has been promised in the manifesto that if the government is formed, 300 units of free electricity will be provided. Till now Tejashwi Yadav has been saying that if the Grand Alliance government is formed, 200 units of electricity will be free. That means Aam Aadmi Party is moving one step ahead.
All old electricity bills will be waived off
Along with this, it has also been promised that all the old electricity bills will be waived off. Solar subsidy scheme will also be implemented. Aam Aadmi Party has taken full care of women. It has been promised that women will travel free in government buses.
Interest free loan up to Rs 10 lakh will be available
On the other hand, under Maiya Samman Yojana, women will be given three thousand rupees every month. Apart from this, interest free loan facility up to Rs 10 lakh will be provided. Whereas cooks and assistants will get a salary of Rs 12,000 per month.
Apart from this, free coaching, training and employment opportunities will be provided. Daughter incentive scheme will be implemented. Under this, Rs 1 lakh will be given to 10th pass daughters and Rs 2 lakh will be given to 12th pass daughters. On completion of graduation, financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh will be provided.
It has also been resolved that a modern school will be built in every Panchayat on the model of Delhi and Punjab. There will be facilities of smart classrooms, modern labs, trained and motivated teachers. Apart from this, the youth of Bihar will not have to go out for coaching. They will be able to do free coaching for SSC/UPSC/NEET/JEE.
