The dates of the assembly elections to be held in Bihar have been announced, voting in two phases in the state.

Announcing in the press conference, the Election Commission said that voting will be held on 6 and 11 November in two phases for Bihar elections.

Voting will be held at 90712 polling stations for Bihar elections, of which the average number of voters at a polling station is 818.

Along with this, the number of urban polling stations for voting in Bihar elections is 13911 and the number of rural polling stations is 76801.

For Bihar elections, 100 percent polling station will be monitored by camera.

The responsibility of 292 polling stations for Bihar elections will be with the Divyang polling personnel. Along with this, women polling personnel will be responsible for youth and 1044 polling stations at 38 polling stations.

There will be 1350 ideal polling stations for elections to be held in 243 assembly seats in Bihar. For Bihar elections, 250 polling stations will be monitored at the mounted police and 197 polling station through boat.
