Voting for both the phases in Bihar Assembly 2025 has been completed on Tuesday (November 11) evening. This time after many years, voters cast bumper votes in both the phases. Now the truth of who the voters have chosen and who not will be known after the counting of votes on November 14.
This time, in most of the exit polls, the ruling alliance NDA seems to be getting power again, which is a big blow for the Grand Alliance. Let us clarify here that exit polls are not the final results, this is a sample estimate.
To know the condition of both the alliances in the four assemblies of Buxar district of Bihar, ABP News talked to local journalists, the conclusion of which was that there could be a close fight between both the alliance parties.
NDA claims victory on Rajpur seat
Buxar’s local journalist Pushpendra Pandey alias Bantu is a senior journalist. He has predicted NDA’s victory on four seats, Buxar and Rajpur. At the same time, there is a possibility of victory of Grand Alliance in Dumraon and Brahmapur.
Another journalist Ajay Rai has claimed the victory of NDA on three out of four (Buxar, Rajpur and Dumraon) while predicting the victory of Grand Alliance’s RJD candidate Shambhu Yadav from Brahmapur seat. Another journalist Sumant Singh, while giving arguments during the conversation, has claimed the return of the Grand Alliance on all four seats.
NDA’s victory predicted on three out of four
After talking to senior journalists and seeing the local situation, the district correspondent of ABP News has predicted that the Grand Alliance will capture the Bramhapur seat and the remaining three seats will go to the account of NDA. These include Rajpur, Buxar and Dumraon seats. However, a fierce battle is expected in Dumraon.
These could be the reasons
The possibility of unexpected results is expected based on women’s voting. While women have got the benefit of ₹ 10,000 by the Bihar government, the unexpected voting is likely to be in favor of NDA due to the 125 units of free electricity and ₹ 1100 pension given by the Bihar government. However, there could be a close contest between the NDA and the Grand Alliance on all four seats. No third party seems to be in a position to give a big fight.
