JDU MP from Siwan, Bihar, Vijayalakshmi Devi has been threatened with death. Meanwhile, by calling his number, an extortion money of Rs 10 lakh has also been demanded from him. Threats of murder were made if extortion was not paid. Regarding this, MP representative Manoranjan Srivastava has lodged an FIR in Mairwa police station.
A case was registered against an unknown person in this matter. Apart from this, the MP representative has also approached the court for further action. Many allegations have been made in the FIR given to the police in this case. The police were demanded to take legal action against the accused soon.

MP representative Manoranjan Kumar Srivastava has filed an FIR in Mairwa police station. It is said that on Wednesday (December 3) night at around 10:38 pm and 10:40 pm, two consecutive calls were received on the phone of MP Vijayalakshmi from the number (6385646982).
In this call, an unknown person asked to pay extortion money of Rs 10 lakh. It was stated in the FIR that if extortion was not paid, they would kill. The number of FIR registered in the police station is 492 Oblique 25 which was registered on Saturday (6 December).
MLA also lodged FIR
On the other hand, Indradev Singh Patel, very close to JDU MLA of Badharia, Nitish Kumar, in Tarwara of GB Nagar police station area, has also lodged an FIR in the case of extortion demand and after receiving death threats. This information was given over the phone by Parliament’s husband, former MLA Ramesh Singh Kushwaha.
He also said that about three to four times Inderdev Singh Patel who is JDU MLA. He was called and extortion was demanded and death threats were made. After that, a bribe of Rs 10 lakh was also demanded from my wife Vijayalakshmi Kushwaha.
He told that in the threat it was said that if the money was not given, he would be burnt to ashes. After this, MP representative Manoranjan Srivastava has lodged a primary complaint in Mairwa police station. Now it remains to be seen what action the police is taking in this matter.

In this whole matter, Mairwa police station incharge Sanjeev Kumar told on phone that the application has been received. Action is being taken on this. Very soon, legal action will be taken against anyone involved in this.
