The manifestos of both the ruling alliance party NDA and the opposition Grand Alliance have been released for the Bihar Assembly elections 2025. In the resolution letter of NDA, it has been promised to provide assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh to women under the ‘Chief Minister Women Employment’ scheme and to make one crore women ‘Lakhpati Didi’.
The Grand Alliance has promised in its manifesto that all Jeevika CM (Community Mobilisers) Didis will be made permanent and will be given the status of government employees. In the manifesto of the Grand Alliance, it has been promised to implement Farmer Insurance Scheme along with Crop Insurance Scheme. A promise has also been made to establish Makhana processing industry.
