Former Mokama MLA Anant Singh is relieved from Patna High Court. Anant Singh is in jail since the gang war that took place a few months ago with the Sonu-Monu Gang. Now on Tuesday (August 05, 2025), he has been given a bail in this case by Patna High Court.
Anant Singh’s bail plea was rejected by the lower court. After this, the former MLA moved the Patna High Court. Now after getting the bell, Anant Singh can come out of jail anytime. However, it is believed that today (Tuesday) is very low.
What is the whole incident?
On January 22 in Nauranga Jalalpur village of Mokama, former MLA Anant Singh and his people were fired by Sonu-Monu Gang several rounds. Anant Singh’s people were also shot. After this, Anant Singh himself surrendered. Sonu is in jail. Monu is absconding in this case.
It is alleged that the Sonu-Monu Gang took a family of the village out of the house and locked the lock. It was a matter of money. When the complaint in this case reached Anant Singh, he intervened. When he went to the village of Sonu-Monu, his people were firing at the same time. After this, a bullet was also fired on behalf of the people of Anant Singh.
After the incident, Anant Singh had said that when the firing incident was taking place, he was standing on the road. So he did not see anything. When they reached the spot, the matter was over. After this, he returned and sat in his car.
50-60 rounds were fired
It was revealed in the firing from both sides that about 50 to 60 rounds of firing were done. The video of the firing was also revealed. The bullets were heard in it. Then Anant Singh had said that the firing was started by Sonu-Monu Gang.
