Congress leader Udit Raj has given such a statement about the face of India Alliance which will make it think ‘Who is the face of India alliance?’. He said that even though Tejashwi Yadav is the face of RJD, the Chief Minister’s face of India Alliance will be decided later.
The collective CM candidate of India alliance is not yet decided- Congress
After the announcement of dates by the Election Commission, Udit Raj was questioned whether Tejashwi Yadav has been declared the CM candidate by India alliance in Bihar? On this, he said in a statement to PTI, “Look, they can do any supporter or party, but the collective CM candidate of India alliance is not yet decided. Now let’s see what happens next and what the party decides.” That is, Tejashwi Yadav may be RJD candidates, but no official announcement has been made at the alliance level.

Which party is the face of CM?
Both NDA and India alliance are claiming victory in Bihar elections. The talks on seat sharing are almost complete, but the situation on the post of Chief Minister is still unclear. While Nitish Kumar is being considered a face in NDA, this decision in India alliance is still pending. Udit Raj’s statement is an indication that the brainstorm is still going on regarding the leadership between the Congress and allies. It is clear from this that more interactions are needed on strategic coordination within the alliance.
When will voting be held?
This time elections will be held in two phases in Bihar. The first phase of voting will be held on 6 November and the second and final phase will be held on November 11. The results will be declared on 14 November. The enthusiasm and political stir in the entire state about these elections is fast. RJD, Congress and other parties are eyeing which party emerges with a majority and the leadership equation within the alliance finally goes in which direction.
