On Sunday (November 30) afternoon, a speeding truck hit six vehicles near Dipau turn of Kotwa police station area on Bihar’s Motihari-Gopalganj National Highway. Five bikes and an e-rickshaw were hit by a truck, resulting in the tragic death of five people, while six were injured.
According to the information, five people have died after being hit by a speeding truck near Deepak Mod of Kotwa police station area. Six people are injured and all the injured have been taken to the hospital for treatment with the help of villagers. The condition of the injured is said to be critical. Kotwa police station in-charge Pratyush Kumar Vicky said that the police reached the spot as soon as information about the incident was received. Local people said that the driver had lost control of the truck during the incident, due to which some other vehicles were also hit. He told that five people have died in this accident.
The condition of the injured is critical
The police have taken all the bodies in their custody and sent them to Motihari’s Sadar Hospital for post-mortem, while the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The condition of two of the injured is said to be serious. The dead have not been identified yet. Efforts are being made to identify him.
