The weather of Bihar has once again seen a big change. On Wednesday, suddenly there was black clouds in the sky and torrential rains were recorded in many districts. The rains in many places including Patna, Arwal, Bhagalpur, Gaya, Sitamarhi and Madhubani shocked the people.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted a similar season to continue for the next few days. According to the department, there is a possibility of heavy to heavy rains in the entire state till 7 October. During this time, there will be a drop in temperature, but due to the speed of the wind, people need to be cautious.
Heavy rains in these districts today
On the day of Dussehra i.e. today, alert of heavy rain has been issued in many districts. Purnia, Katihar, Kishanganj and Araria will see the most impact. At the same time, there is a possibility of torrential rains in a total of 19 districts including Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Vaishali, Jamui and Banka. Apart from this, light to moderate rain may occur in Patna, Jehanabad, Kaimur and Gaya districts. The Meteorological Department also told that where there will be no rain, there will be cloudy and the effect of humidity can bother people.
The entire weather of October will be changed
Meteorologists say that this time the month of October can prove to be more rain than normal. Most of the districts will be likely to rain in the initial fortnight. The minimum temperature will be around 25 ° C on an average, while the maximum temperature can only be from 30 to 35 ° C. Parts of southwest Bihar will see normal temperature, but the temperature in the rest of the state is expected to be lower than normal.
People will have to take care
In view of the strong wind and thunderclap, the Meteorological Department has advised people to remain alert. It has been instructed to stay away from open grounds, trees and electric poles. Especially farmers and people working outside should be cautious. Rain can also increase the risk of water logging and traffic hindrance in many places.
