There is a possibility of rain in most districts of the state on Monday. However, the monsoon is expected to be weak on Monday in South Bihar.
Warning of heavy rainfall in 9 districts
According to the Meteorological Department, East Champaran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Sitamarhi, Shivhar, West Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Samastipur and Madhubani have been raining since morning. Orange alert has been issued in these districts from 4:10 to 9:23 minutes in the morning.
In Patna district of South Bihar, there is a forecast of light or moderate rainfall at some places. Along with this, there may be some rain in other districts of South Bihar. In some districts, rain can also remain completely negligible. Also, there is a possibility of increasing sunlight and temperature by 1 to 2 degrees in the day.
However, there is a possibility of some more rainfall in the eastern region of South Bihar. Today, rainfall is likely to be more active in North Bihar. Especially there is a strong possibility of more rainfall in the Central and Eastern areas.
According to the Meteorological Center Patna, there has been a warning of heavy rainfall in 8 districts of Darbhanga, Vaishali, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia and Katihar. Along with this, a big warning has been given of cloud roaring, lightning shining and thunderstorms in most places with strong winds at a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
There is also a strong possibility of more rainfall in Bhagalpur, Khagaria and Munger in Eastern areas of South Bihar. On Sunday, many districts also received rain. If there was more rainfall in North Bihar, there was less rainfall. Most of these, Katihar recorded very heavy rainfall with 139.6 mm, then Sheikhpura 78.2 and Nalanda received heavy rainfall with 66.8 mm.
Apart from this, Banka 62.6, Siwan 60.6, 57.2 in Maner, Patna and 43.2 in Bihta, Muzaffarpur 46.2, Nawada 46, Saharsa 45.8, West Champaran 44.4, Eastern Champaran 42.6, Shivhar 42.4, Jamui 38.2, Araria 35.1, Araria 35.1, Sitamarhi 34.2, Kinjanj 34.2, Munger 33, Madhubani 30.8, Darbhanga 30 and Buxar 24.02 millimeters were recorded at moderate levels. Apart from this, rain was also recorded in Saran, Vaishali.
Motihari was the highest temperature
On Sunday, the temperature increased by one to one and a half degrees. The highest 35.6 degree Celsius temperature was in Motihari. The capital Patna increased by 0.8 degrees to 33.1 degrees Celsius, while the districts of the state recorded a temperature between 33 degrees to 34 degrees and also had a heat full day.
