Kalinga Literature Festival (KLF) is a very popular Litfest of Odisha. Its 11th edition has started from 21 March in Bhubaneswar, which will run for three days. The festival will include more than 400 writers, intellectuals and thinkers from all over the world. Shashi Tharoor has reached Bhubaneswar to join it.
