BJP Slams Revath Reddy: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the way of dealing with the recent struggle with Pakistan. After which political dispute has started. BJP leaders have reacted strongly to his statement made at a public rally in Hyderabad on Thursday (May 29, 2025).
He said, “The soldiers of this (Secunderabad) Cantonment took part in the war. The War Plane built in Telangana maintained the honor of our country. Pakistan killed Narendra Modi’s Rafale aircraft. There was no discussion on how many Rafael was killed. Narendra Modi should answer how many Rafale aircraft should be killed during the recent war.”

He also criticized the Prime Minister for the fact that he did not call an all -party meeting before ending enmity with Pakistan. The Chief Minister said, “After the four days of war, we do not know who threatened who threatened and who kneels in front of whom. Suddenly, US President Donald Trump came out and said he threatened India and stopped the war.”

Reddy further said that the Modi government has failed to take advantage of the opportunity to change the map of South Asia. He accused Prime Minister Modi of separating Balochistan from Pakistan and not controlling Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (PoK). He said, “Indira Gandhi defeated China in 1967. He gave a message that whoever plays with India will be taught a lesson.” He also mentioned the 1971 war with Pakistan.
BJP retaliated
Reversing these allegations of Revanth Reddy, Telangana BJP said, “Chief Minister Revanthi not only reiterated Pakistan’s statement on Rafael and Operation Sindoor, but he went a step ahead and called it ‘Pakistan’ (our Pakistan). From raising questions on surgical strikes and Balakot, to protest against our armed forces and protest against the fire. Stay limited to world photo opes.
Union Minister and BJP leader G. Kishan Reddy condemned the Chief Minister of Telangana and accused the Congress of having a history of disrespecting military and national security efforts. He said, “From his leader Rahul Gandhi to his CM Revant Reddy, the Congress is insulting our brave armed forces day by day. This is not the first time he has questioned the surgical strike, nor is they speaking the language of the enemy for the first time.”
BJP leader captive Sanjay Kumar attacked the Congress on the previous failures and the opportunities lost while in power for decades. He said, “Congress ruled India for decades after Indira Gandhi – from Rajiv Gandhi to PV Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi ran the show. Still he did nothing to get PoK back or stop terrorism across the border. Only gave speeches. Only blamed.”
He further said, “PM Modi did not create problems with Pakistan or China. He has inherited the Congress’s six decades of failure but he is the first to answer with strength and clarity.”
