In the Delhi Excise Policy case, Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia have been acquitted by the Rouse Avenue Court in the case related to CBI. Delhi BJP Chief Virendra Sachdeva’s reaction has come to light on this decision of the court. He said that in the decision of the lower court today, it has directly indicated that there is lack of evidence. The investigating agency has also been continuously saying that Arvind Kejriwal and his associates have destroyed the evidence.
The judicial process is still very long – Sachdeva
Virendra Sachdeva said, “Those SIM cards were destroyed again and again, those telephones were destroyed again and again, no trace of them was found. This is also mentioned in the decision. Arvind Kejriwal, you get some relief from this lower court but the judicial process is still very long. Just now information is being received that the investigating agency has decided to appeal against this decision. But the people of Delhi had given their verdict that Kejriwal, you are corrupt. You have these questions. There is no answer that if the liquor policy was right then why did you increase the percentage of contractors from 6 percent to 12 percent? There is no answer for them.
‘You should go to Bollywood’
Delhi BJP Chief further said, “Arvind Kejriwal, you are corrupt, there is no doubt about it. Liquor scam is a scam. Ration scam, health scam, labor scam, the group of people you have appointed in your office is a big scam. You are a habitual criminal. The way I saw you acting in the media today, I think you should go to Bollywood… ultimately it will be proved that you are corrupt.”

After the court’s decision, Arvind Kejriwal said that this was the biggest political conspiracy of independent India. He said that the court’s decision proved that AAP Aadmi Party is staunchly honest. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann said that truth always wins. Manish Sisodia said, “Despite all the efforts by BJP and all their agencies to prove us dishonest, today it has been proved that Arvind Kejriwal-Manish Sisodia are staunchly honest.”
