Actually, Bobby Deol and his wife Tanya’s firm Green Stone Investment Private Limited has purchased five commercial office units in Mumbai. These units are built in an area of 3,400 square feet, according to the registration documents of the property, its price is said to be around Rs 15.05 crore.
Registration was done in February itself
According to the documents, Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol have purchased it from Pecan and Transcon’s Yura Business Park Pvt. Ltd. According to the documents, this transaction was registered on February 27, 2026, in which the stamp duty was more than Rs 90 lakh and the registration fee was around Rs 1.50 lakh. Along with this office space, five car parking areas have also been purchased.
There is a connection with Hrithik Roshan
Hrithik Roshan also has an office space at the same place where Bobby Deol and his wife have bought this property. Bobby Deol and Tanya have taken office space on the second floor of the building located on Link Road, Yura Business Park Phase 2, Andheri West. So, the Roshan family has 10 office units on the third and fourth floors of the same building. Let us tell you that the building is currently under construction, which will be completely ready by December 2027.

Talking about Bobby Deol’s work front, the actor will soon be seen in Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘Bandar’. This film will be released on 22 May 2026.
