The company has fixed the price band for IPO at Rs 140-150 per share, which will be of 100 equity shares of lot size. That is, investors will have to bid for 100 shares in a lot.
According to reports, in the company, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan to Amitabh Bachchan of the century have invested money. Apart from these, many more Bollywood celebrities like Ravi Kapoor (Jitendra), Ekta Ravi Kapoor, Manoj Bajpayee, Shailesh Lodha have invested money in this company.
There is a chance to invest till this day
The plan of Shri Lotus Developers is to raise Rs 792 crore through the sale of 5.28 crore equity shares. You will be able to bid for the IPO from July 30, while the issue will be closed on 1 August. Anchor bidding for this issue will begin on Tuesday, June 29.
According to the company’s RHP, Mr. Lotus Developers raised Rs 399.2 crore through another private placement of 2.66 crore equity shares at a price of Rs 150 per share on December 14, 2024, about seven months before launching their IPO.
A total of 118 investors were allotted in this private placement, including names like Ashish Kacholia, DRRCCC Finserv, Topgen Finance, Abundantia Capital, Estorne Capital, Turtle Crees, Aminity Builders and Developers, AARII Ventures.
How much stars did the stars place in the company?
Ashish Kacholia, who is called ‘Vij-Kid’ of the stock market, has bought 33,33,300 equity shares of the company for about Rs 50 crore, while Shah Rukh Khan Family Trust bought 6,75,000 equity shares for more than Rs 10.12 crore. Ajay Devgan, whose official name is Vishal Virendra Devgan, bought 38,33,300 equity shares in placement for Rs 57.5 crore.
Amitabh Bachchan has bought 6,66,670 equity shares worth Rs 10 crore, while Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan bought 1,40,000 shares worth Rs 2.1 crore. Ekta Kapoor, Jitendra and Tusshar Kapoor bought 3,33,000 equity shares worth about Rs 5 crore in total, while Tiger and Jackie Shroff have invested Rs 50 lakh. Sajid Nadiadwala has bought 66,670 shares worth Rs 1 crore.
Director of Stock Market Investor and Deep Financial Consultants Jagdish Naresh Master and DR Choksi Finserv have also bought 6,66,600 equity shares for Rs 10-10 crore. Actors Shailesh Lodha and Manoj Vajpayee have invested Rs 15 lakh and Rs 10 lakh respectively.
