Famous singer Palash Muchhal has been in the news for a long time. Ever since Palash Muchhal’s marriage with Indian cricketer Smriti Mandanna ended, different things are coming to light about the singer. A few days ago, a friend of Smriti Mandanna, Vidnayan Mane Singer, had accused Singer of fraud. Along with this, he also said many things about the singer. After which Palash had filed a defamation case against Vidnayan. Now the Bombay High Court has given relief to Palash in this matter.
Stopped from commenting against Palash
According to Hindustan Times, Bombay High Court has issued an order against Vidnayan Mane in the defamation case of Palash Muchhal. This has been confirmed by Palash’s lawyer Shreyansh R Mithare. Along with this, the court has given strict instructions to Vidnayan that he cannot make any comment against Palash in public, doing so may spoil Palash’s reputation. Palash’s lawyer welcomed this decision of the court and called it positive for the singer. The next hearing of this case will be on March 11.
What is the matter?
Let us tell you that Vidnayan Mane, a friend of cricketer Smriti Mandhana, had filed a complaint against Palash at Sangli Police Station. In which he had said that on December 5, 2023, he had met Palash and given him the opportunity to invest in ‘Nazariya’ as a producer. For this he gave a total of Rs 40 lakh to Palash. But neither this project was completed nor Vidnayan’s money was returned. Apart from this complaint, Vidnayan also talked about what happened in Smriti and Palash’s marriage and revealed that Palash cheated on Smriti.
Palash had defended himself
After Vidnayan’s complaint and statements, Palash Muchhal had also filed a defamation case against him in his defense. Palash had told about this by sharing the story on Instagram. He had written that his lawyer has sent a legal notice to Vidnayan Mane against his false allegations, presenting a defamation claim of Rs 10 crore.
