Sunny Deol starrer ‘Border 2’ has been dominating the Indian box office since its release. Especially on the weekend of Republic Day, the film got a tremendous response from the audience and a huge crowd of viewers was seen across the country to watch this patriotic film. With this, it has beaten the first week collections of two big blockbuster films of the year 2025.

Anurag Singh directed ‘Border 2’ has successfully completed one week in theaters and during this time the film has also earned decent earnings.
- The war drama film collected Rs 30 crore on the first day with 6078 shows and an average occupancy of 37.0%.
- On the second day, it earned Rs 36.50 crore with an average occupancy of 43.1% and 6297 shows.
- Then on the third day, the film made a business of Rs 54.50 crore with 6434 shows and 62.5% average occupancy.
- Subsequently, on the fourth day, on the Republic Day holiday, the film collected Rs 59 crore from 6465 shows with an average occupancy of 65.2%.
- On the fifth day, the film’s earnings declined and it earned Rs 20 crore from 6797 shows with 25.5% average occupancy.
- On the sixth day, the film collected ₹13 crore and 17.7% average occupancy from 6422 shows.
- According to the early trend report of Saknilk, the film has collected 11.25 crore nett in India on the seventh day.
- After which the total first week earning of ‘Border 2’ in India has now reached Rs 224.25 crore.
‘Border 2’ broke the pride of ‘Dhurandhar’-‘Chhawa’
‘Border 2’ has done wonders by earning Rs 224.25 crore in its first week. Along with this, this film has also destroyed the first week earning records of the two big blockbuster films of the year 2025, ‘Dhurandhar’ and ‘Chhaava’. Let us tell you that ‘Dhurandhar’ had earned Rs 207 crore in its first week whereas the first week earning of ‘Chhaava’ was Rs 219 crore. In such a situation, ‘Border 2’ has gone far ahead of these films in the first week itself. It remains to be seen whether this war drama will once again show a huge jump at the box office and make Rs 300 crore in the second weekend or not.
