Border 2 Box Office Day 2: With the arrival of ‘Border 2’ at the box office, the name of ‘Dhurandhar’ has disappeared. How much did ‘Border 2’ earn on the first day?
According to trade data website Sacnilk, Sunny Deol’s film has got an opening of Rs 30 crore on the first day. This is the net collection of the domestic box office and with this earning, ‘Border 2’ has become the biggest opener of this year. Also, it has left behind ‘Dhurandhar’ which was ruling the box office in the first day collection. Ranveer Singh starrer ‘Dhurandhar’ had an opening of Rs 29 crores.

There will be more earning on the second day than on the first day
According to Sacnilk, ‘Border 2’ has recorded a morning occupancy of 15.51% in the morning shows in theaters today. This figure was 19.51% on the first day on Friday, which has declined today. But the buzz and trends are great.
Today, Saturday i.e. from 6 am to 2 pm, 2.23 lakh (223K) tickets of the film have been sold. These trends clearly show that Border 2 is going to collect more than Rs. 30 crores on the second day as compared to the first day.
Trade experts believe that the reason for this bumper earning is that positive things are being said about the film right from the first day and first show.
Usually films get an opening weekend of three days but Border 2 has got the advantage in this matter also. Since Monday is a holiday, the film will earn a lot on that day also.
Film critic and trade expert Taran Adarsh has written about Border 2 on At the same time, there was a clear increase in the number of viewers in urban areas as the days increased. However, business was affected due to heavy rains in some parts of North India. On the basis of excellent word of mouth, it is expected that there will be a sharp jump in the film’s earnings on Saturday and Sunday.
