After printing strong notes in the first week of its release, it faltered in the second week but then showed its strength again in the third weekend. - The film added Rs 2.5 crore on the 19th day of its release.
- With this, the total net business of this film in India in 19 days has become Rs 314.25 crore.

Directed by Anurag Singh and co-produced by JP Dutta’s daughter Nidhi Dutta, ‘Border 2’ is set on the background of the 1997 India-Pakistan war, which is similar to the 1997 classic film. The original focused on the Battle of Longewala, while the sequel depicts different battles on multiple war fronts. The film stars Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Anya Singh, Medha Rana and Sonam Bajwa. It was released on January 23, 2026.
