Sunny Deol is doing wonders at the box office. While most of the films are not able to stay in theaters for even a month, Border 2 remains the audience’s favorite even after 31 days of its release and is making new achievements in its name. In its fifth week, Anurag Singh’s war drama has achieved another huge success on Book My Shopper and has seen a healthy growth in ticket sales!
There was a huge increase in ticket sales of Border 2 in the 5th weekend.
Border 2 has been the first choice of people since Republic Day. The film saw a massive 91% increase in sales in its 5th weekend compared to Friday, proving that the nostalgia for this franchise is still high and strong! After a fourth consecutive week, Border 2 had a comfortable opening on its fifth Friday. However, as the weekend progressed, the number of viewers increased. While 5.18K tickets were sold on Book My Show on the fifth Friday, by the fifth Sunday the sales increased to almost 10K, which was almost double the increase in just 48 hours.
Huge ticket sales on Book My Show on the fifth weekend
Let us tell you that in the fifth weekend of Kisani Deol’s film, about 25 thousand tickets were sold on Book My Show, in which 5.18 thousand, 9.76 thousand and 9.9 thousand tickets were sold on BMS on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. The total ticket sales of the film is 5.4 million.
If the film survives till Holi, it can very easily sell 100K more tickets on BMS. Now, going by its pace, it doesn’t look like this war epic will be giving up in theaters any time soon!
