Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s horror comedy universe film ‘Thamaa’ has been creating havoc at the box office every day since its release on October 21, but as the days progressed, the film’s earnings also started decreasing rapidly.
Since its release on weekdays, the film could not even touch the figure of Rs 6 crore on any day. However, as soon as the film entered the weekend today, it turned around again and captured the box office again. Along with this, it also got included in the top 10 highest grossing films of 2025.

‘Thama’ got the benefit of 10 days extended week and collected Rs 108.4 crore in the same number of days. The film’s earning on the 11th day was Rs 3 crore, but today i.e. on the 12th day an increase was seen.

‘Thama’ included in top 10 grossing films of 2025
Fans were hoping that ‘Thama’ would soon be included in the list of top 10 grossing Hindi films of 2025 and this has happened today. The film has confirmed its place at number 10, leaving behind the last in the list, ‘Sky Force’ (113.62 crores).
Now the next target of the film is again Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LLB 3’ which is at number 9 with Rs 117.01 crore.
How much will ‘Thama’ have to earn to become a hit?
According to the report of Times of India, this film, made under the direction of Aditya Sarpotdar, has been made with a budget of Rs 145 crore. According to the report of Saknilk, the film has also made a worldwide collection of Rs 155.25 crore in 11 days.
That is, the film has already made its budget, but to become a hit, the film will have to earn around Rs 140 crore more because the film can be included in the hit category only after earning double the budget. Obviously the film is still far away from the hit tag.
