The big Hollywood film franchise ‘Predator’ was reimagined and released in theaters on November 7 as ‘Predator Badlands’. The nostalgia that cinephiles had about the film started appearing at the box office from the very first day.
The film left ‘Haq’ released on the same day behind in the daily collections while Emraan Hashmi has no less fans. Despite this, the impact of this Hollywood film was such that it gave hope that the record of lifetime earnings of many big Hollywood films released in India may be broken.
Box office collection of ‘Predator Badlands’
This film earned Rs 2.4 crore on the first day and Rs 3.45 crore on the second day in India. On the third day i.e. till 5:15 pm today, the film has collected Rs 1.73 crore and has collected a total of Rs 7.58 crore.
This data is according to SACNILC and is preliminary. This may change after the final data comes.
‘Predator Badlands’ a threat to ‘Captain America Brave New World’?
Marvel Cinematic Universe films are well-liked in India, but ‘Captain America Brave New World’, released this year, collected only Rs 16.6 crore in India, according to Sacknilk. Whereas ‘Predator Badlands’ has earned more than half of it in just 3 days.
Apart from this, many films are also in danger in the list of highest grossing top 10 Hollywood films. Among these, ‘Thunderbolts’ (22.39 crores) comes first. If ‘Predator Badlands’ passes the Monday test, it can break the lifetime collection records of ‘Captain America’ and ‘Thunderbolts’.

According to ‘Variety’, the budget of the film is 105 million dollars. If we convert this into Indian currency, it comes to around Rs 930 crore. If we look at the worldwide collection of the film, according to Saknilk, it earned Rs 100 crore worldwide on the opening day.
