CM Siddaramaiah announces compensation
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the families of those killed in this accident. Along with this, he has spoken about free treatment of the injured. He also met the injured people to the hospital.

Such a large crowd was not expected: Siddaramaiah
CM Siddaramaiah said that a magisterial inquiry has been ordered in this incident and 15 days time has been given. I do not want to defend this incident and our government will not do any politics on it. He said that people also broke the gates of the stadium and there was a stampede. Nobody expected such a large crowd. The stadium has a capacity of only 35,000 people, but 2-3 lakh people came.
