Although Purnam Shaw told his wife that she was not physically tortured, but after questioning every night he felt mentally tired.

Used to get food, but was not allowed to brush

According to the Times of India report, Rajni said, “He (Poornam Shaw) was given food regularly, but he was not allowed to brush. When he spoke, he seemed very tired and said that he could not sleep. During his imprisonment, he was taken to three different places during his imprisonment” According to Rajni, her husband Purnam Shaw was taken to Pakistani security forces at some airbase.

‘My husband returned to my husband with the help of Government of India’

Rajni told that after 23 days, she became emotional while talking to her husband and the husband also became emotional after seeing her emotional. On the return of her husband’s homeland, Rajni said, “This has been possible with everyone’s contribution. I want to express my gratitude to PM Modi. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also supported a lot.” Rajni told that in the midst of Indo-Pak tension, we were very scared of what will happen now, but with the cooperation of the Government of India, my husband has returned to the country.

BSF said that for the harvesting of wheat, farmers had crossed the fencing from gate number 208/1 and reached the fields. Two BSF personnel had also gone to monitor him. Due to heat, Shaw sat in the shade of a nearby tree. Then, a Pakistani farmer present there informed the Pak Rangers after seeing them. In some time Pak Rangers reached there and arrested the jawan. Shaw’s rifle was also taken away and took it with him.
