Recently, telecom minister Jyotiraditya Scindia had said that BSNL has added 55 lakh new subscribers in the last six to seven months. He had said that efforts are being made to bring the company back into profit and increase the number of subscribers.
For the first time from June to February this year from June to February this year, about 8.55 crore subscribers of the company have increased to about 9.1 crore subscribers. The company has reduced the cost along with increasing its revenue. BSNL has prepared to improve its services. For this, the company has determined April as ‘Customer Service Month’. In this, an attempt will be made to improve their experience by taking feedback from customers using the company’s services across the country.
Recently, BSNL reported, “All circles and units of the company will participate in this campaign.” It aims to improve the quality of mobile networks, increase the reliability of fiber broadband (FTTH) and settle customers complaints quickly. In April, feedback will be taken from customers from the company’s website, social media channels and other circles. After this, the Chairman of the company of this feedback will be reviewed by Robert J Ravi. BSNL plans to upgrade 4G network to 5G from June. The company has a target to launch about one lakh 4G sites by June. Of these, about 89,000 4G sites have been installed.
