A case of kidnapping and gangrape of a minor has come to light in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, after which there has been a stir in the entire area. The victim had gone to see a fair with her sister-in-law and other family members on the festival of Holi, where youths in a car forcibly abducted her and took her to the forest and committed gangrape. Police have arrested three accused.
This incident took place in Chola police station area of ​​Bulandshahr. The family members of the victim have given a written complaint to the police in this regard. Family members allege that their 16-year-old minor daughter had gone to watch the fair with her sister-in-law and other family members on Holi on March 4. When she was returning after seeing the fair, at around 6:30 in the evening, two youths came in a car and forcibly kidnapped the minor in the car.
Kidnapping and gang rape of a minor
After kidnapping the minor, the accused took the car to the forest, where they took turns raping the victim. There was another vehicle with him, in which he had two more companions. It is alleged that two boys traveling in the other car also tried to rape the victim. Later he ran away leaving the girl.
Case registered on complaint of family members
On the complaint of the family members, the police have registered a case against 3 accused Deepanshu Yadav, Prince Yadav, Sunil Yadav and an unknown person. Three named accused have been arrested, search is on for the fourth. Also, the police sent the minor victim to the district hospital for medical treatment.
Police have started taking further legal action and the accused are being interrogated. The medical report of the victim is awaited, after which further legal action will be taken. On the other hand, the family members of the victim have accused the police of negligence in this matter. The family members have demanded CM Yogi Adityanath to encounter the accused.
