Bumrah and Kaif sparked a war of words on social media, what happened before the Indo-Pak final

The battle between the Indian team’s star Pacer Jasprit Bumrah and former cricketer Mohammad Kaif has erupted on social media. The matter began when Mohammad Kaif posted a post on the social media platform ‘X’ (East Twitter) regarding Bumrah’s fitness and his bowling.

What did Kaif say?

Kaif wrote in his post that Bumrah used to bowl more in the death overs (13, 17 and 19) led by Bumrah first captain Rohit Sharma, but during the Asia Cup under Suryakumar Yadav’s captaincy he preferred to spend three overs in the initial overs. Kaif indicated that to avoid injury, Bumrah now consider it better to bowl initially, because at that time the body remains more warm. He also said that if Bumrah bowls less in the death overs, then India may be difficult in the World Cup against strong teams.

Seeing Bumrah’s displeasure, Mohammad Kaif immediately gave clarification while re-showing his post. Kaif wrote, “Please take it as a cricket comment made by a well-wisher and fan. You are the biggest match-winner player of Indian cricket and I know how hard it takes to throw everything on the field wearing India’s jersey and how challenging it is.”

This conversation between Bumrah and Kaif made a lot of headlines on social media. Fans also divided into two parts. Some people supported Kaif and said that their argument is correct.
