One such inspirational story is that of Moin Ahmed, a resident of Jatpura village, who despite financial difficulties and repeated failures, did not give up and later became an IAS officer. Moin Ahmed is a resident of Jatpura village of Dilari area of Moradabad. His family lived a simple life. His father Wali Hasan was a contract bus driver in Uttar Pradesh Roadways. The financial condition of the house was not very strong. There were five brothers and sisters in the family and Moeen came second. Continuing studies in such an environment was a challenge in itself, but Moin had dreamed of becoming a big officer since childhood.
dream fulfilled with hard work
Moin’s dream was to become an IAS officer after passing UPSC. But preparing for this exam is not easy, because it requires expensive coaching and good resources. Moeen did not have enough money to study in big coaching institutes. Despite this, he did not give up and decided to prepare by working hard himself.
Got failure thrice but did not lose courage
Moin started preparing for UPSC exam, but initially he failed three times in a row. The special thing was that he could not pass the prelims exam all three times. Such a big failure can break anyone’s morale, but Moeen considered it his weakness and decided to improve it. He understood his mistakes and changed his method of preparation.
Continued studies by working in cyber café
Due to poor financial condition, Moin came to Delhi to fulfill his dreams. Here he started working in a cyber café so that he could bear the expenses of his studies. Even after working, he used to study for 7 to 8 hours every day. He made good use of his time and continued his preparation with full dedication.
Big success in fourth attempt
The result of continuous hard work and confidence was seen in the year 2022. Moin passed the UPSC exam in the fourth attempt. He had achieved All India Rank 296.
