2. If you want, you can identify it through scientific methods also. For this you have to take a normal litmus paper. Cashew nuts have to be slightly wet and placed on litmus paper. If the litmus paper turns red or orange, then understand that it is acidic, that is, acid has been used in it. But if the color does not change then it is a symbol of purity.

3. To check dry fruits, you can also take help of their smell and texture. You can easily identify fake dry fruits because they have a strong and strange chemical smell due to being washed in chemicals, whereas real dry fruits have a light and sweet smell.
