Now Maharashtra Minister Nitish Rane seems angry over famous singer AR Rahman’s recent comment about not getting work in Bollywood. Nitish Ran has again given a controversial statement by using sharp words against AR Rahman.
Nitish Rane, who has been in controversy for his statements, said on the comments of singer and musician AR Rahman, “If someone had made such statements against Pakistan, Karachi or Bangladesh, would any Islamic country have allowed him to live? Or would he have been killed and expelled from the country?”
‘People like AR Rahman should not get a platform’
At the same time, Nitish Rane also raised objection on AR Rahman’s appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show. He said, “Why do we invite such people (AR Rahman) to programs like ‘Kapil Sharma’? Those who make anti-national statements have the right to express their opinion. But those who insult our country or the Hindu community should not be given any platform.”

‘We have to create fear among people’- Nitesh Rane
Nitish Rane says that such people should be boycotted so that in future no country dares to speak against the Hindu community or the Hindu nation. “We have to create this fear among people,” he said.
What did AR Rahman say?
In fact, in a conversation with BBC Asian Network, AR Rahman had claimed that he has not been getting work in Hindi cinema in the last 8 years. He attributed this to the ‘power shift’ that took place in the last 11 years and said that now power is with those who are not creative. He had claimed it to be a communal thing. However, after the reaction from celebs and politicians, AR Rahman came to The Kapil Sharma Show and gave clarification.
