Indian citizenship rules

Under the CAA, the path of citizenship has been opened to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jain, Parsis and Christian community who came to the Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsis and Christian community under CAA, but this facility was first applicable to only those who came from Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan before 31 December 2014 but now this date has been changed to 31 December 2024.
