There has been a lot of close increase between Pakistan and America. Pak Army Chief Asim Munir has visited America twice in the last two months. Meanwhile, US State Department spokesman Tami Bruce has reacted to the relationship with Pakistan. According to PTI report, he said that both India and Pakistan have good relations. Bruce said in a press conference on Tuesday (August 12) that America’s working together with both countries is a good thing for the region and the world. It will be good for the future.
Bruce said, “Our relationship with both countries remains the same as it is a good thing and this is the advantage of being a President who knows everyone, talks most, so it is clear that the diplomats here are committed to both countries.” He responded by answering a question asked about the possibility of increasing American aid for Pakistan in the matter of sale of arms after a meeting with Trump of Pak Army Chief Asim Munir.
What did Bruce say on Indo-Pak struggle
Bruce was also questioned about the military struggle between India and Pakistan. He said, “”We have a clear experience of the struggle between Pakistan and India which could have been quite frightening. President Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio expressed concern to deal with what was happening and took immediate action. We also talked through phone calls. ”
Why did a close close to America-Pakistan increase
There has been a conflict between India and America. Trump has imposed 50 percent tariff on India. He is angry about India’s buying oil from Russia. At the same time, relations between India and Pakistan have always been bad. Now America is increasing the closeness of Pakistan amidst its poor relations. The US State Ministry also said about Pakistan that the relationship cannot change.
