Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has got relief from Delhi High Court. High Court ordered protection of personality rights of Hrithik Roshan. The High Court has directed to remove the URLs of posts posted without permission.

The High Court has sought details of profile pages and original subscriber information from Hrithik Roshan’s lawyer so that he can be made a party before passing any order. They can also be heard. The court has taken on record the arguments of eBay, Flipkart, Telegram and other parties. In these, it has been said to remove the post URLs made for commercial use.
The court will pass a detailed order on this matter. Let us tell you that apart from Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai, actor Akshay Kumar also reached Bombay High Court for the protection of personality rights. A petition was filed against those who violate personality rights through the use of AI.
Recently, the Bombay High Court had granted interim protection of such rights to veteran singer Asha Bhosle and actor Sunil Shetty. The Mumbai High Court said that unauthorized creation or uploading of deepfake photos of Sunil Shetty on social media platforms is not only a serious violation of his personality rights but also a violation of his right to live a dignified life.
Asha Bhosle had taken the court’s stand on the use of AI in her voice.
