If you are associated with the sports world and are looking for a government job, then the Central Indirect Taxes and Customs Board (CBIC) has brought a great opportunity for you. CBIC has sought applications from players for the posts of Havildar. This recruitment is for those meritorious players who dream of serving the country along with their sports.

Who can apply?
Candidates applying for this recruitment must have a Class 10th pass certificate from a board recognized by the Government of India. Apart from this, the candidate will have to provide evidence of national or international participation in a sport. That is, this recruitment is especially for those players who have performed remarkable in their field of sports.
How much will be salary?
The candidates selected on the post of Havildar will get salary from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 per month. Apart from this, other allowances will also be found as per the rules of the central government.
Age limit
The at least 18 years of applying candidates are 18 years. While the maximum age has been fixed at 27 years. The SC/ST class applying will get a discount of 5 years. While the OBC class will be given a discount of 3 years.
Which games are valid?
Sports like athletics, hockey, kabaddi, boxing, football, table tennis, archery, wrestling are included. The candidate will have to give evidence of the achievements of his game.
Physical efficiency criteria
Male candidates-
Height: 157.5 cm
Sew: 81 cm (inflated)
Physical Test: 1600 meters walking in 15 minutes
8 km cycling in 30 minutes
For women candidates-
Height: 152 cm
Weight: minimum 48 kg
Physical Test: Walking 1000 meters in 20 minutes
3 km cycling in 25 minutes
