The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has finally declared the result of class 12th on 13 May 2025, which has ended the wait for millions of students across the country. Students can now see their results through the official website cbseresults.nic.in or Digilocker app.
This year, the result of class 12th has seen a mild improvement compared to last year. A total of 88.39% of students passed in 2025, compared to 87.98% last year. That is, an improvement of 0.41% has been recorded this time.

- Registration: 17,04,367 students
- Examination: 16,92,794 students
- Pass Student: 14,96,307 students
- Pass percentage: 88.39%
Increase in school and examination centers
The number of school and examination centers has also increased this year as compared to 2024.
School: 19,299 from 18,417
Examination Center: 7,126 increased to 7,330
Zone Wise Result
This time Vijayawada Zone has won, where the pass percentage was 99.60%. After this, Trivandrum (99.32%) and Chennai (98.47%) also performed brilliantly.

- Delhi West: 95.34%
- Delhi East: 95.06%
Weak performance
- Prayagraj: 79.53% (lowest)
- Noida: 81.29%
- Bhopal: 82.46%
- Patna: 82.86%
