The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of class 12th today. This time the total pass percentage has been 88.39%, which is higher than last year (87.98%). In this result of CBSE, more than 1.15 lakh students have scored above 90 percent, while more than 25 thousand students have made more than 95 percent marks and made it to the list of toppers across the country.
Girls won again
The biggest feature of the result was the dominance of girls, who have once again performed better than boys. In this way, the girls have won with a gain of 5.94%. Controller of Examinations Sanyam Bhardwaj said that this trend is continuously intact and girls are performing better every year.
Girls passed 91.64%
Boys have pass percentage 85.70%
1.29 lakh students in compartment
However, some students have also been disappointed in the midst of this picture of success. This year, more than 1.29 lakh students have gone to compartment, that is, they could not pass some subjects. CBSE will soon announce the dates of the compartment examination, so that these students can pass the exam again. Students can check their results by visiting the official website of CBSE https://results.cbse.nic.in. For this, students will need roll number, school number, center number and date of birth.

How was the performance in which region?
- Vijayawada region topped – pass percentage 99.60%
- Trivandrum – 99.32%, Chennai – 97.39%,
- Delhi West – 95.37%, Delhi East – 95.06%, Bengaluru – 95.95%
- Prayagraj (79.53%) and Noida (81.29%) of Uttar Pradesh were left behind, which finished 16th and 17th across the country.
